2) When will my purchase be sent?

The shipping time of your purchase will depend on the product purchased and the available stock of it, as well as is the products purchased are custom-made.

Please note that the periods of production of leather products made in custom-made range from 15 days to 45 days.
We also inform those products that have special delivery period.

3) When will my purchase be delivered?

Once you receive the track number of your purchase, it will take between 3 and 7 business days to be delivered it to the address indicated by you.

4) How much is the cost of my shipping purchase?

5) Which provider do you have to sent my order?

E-cuestre.com chose DHL as logistics provider to be the global leader in international express mail. DHL and E-cuestre.com work together to minimize shipping costs as well as the delivery of your purchase.
However, E-cuestre.com reserves the right to change at any time the logistics provider.

6) What happened if I changed my mind about the size or color after I made my purchase?

Once your finish your purchase, you can make changes when the order has not been shipped as long as it is not a custom product. You need to communicate to the following e-mail atencionalcliente@e-cuestre.com if you want to make changes. And them may be made only by products of equal or greater value, and in case of differences in price, it will be paid as bank transfer.

7) May I use a different address than mine?

Yes, you can make a shipment to an address other than yours. The shipping address may differ from your home address.
During the registration of your account you can enter regular shipping address, which is confirmed when the order is made or you can choose to send to another. This address will be requested during the process of confirming the purchase.
The information recorded will be used only for the purposes of sending.

8) If I am not sure with the purchase, may I return it?

Provided that the product has not been used or worn, holds the labels, accessories and original packaging, and have not more than 5 calendar days from receipt of the same, you may return the merchandise shipped.
The cost of return shipping and will be assumed by E-cuestre.com when refund or exchange has occurred due to:
